"Mr. Louie was able to do something that nearly 10 different techs before were unable to do. He was able to come up with a plan of action to resolve my issues and installed a "clean out" for my drain to help prevent the continuous need to blow out my drain line (blown out 4 times in 1 year). He was able to provide same day service and arrived promptly and also followed up with me exactly when he said he would. We will be cancelling our Home Warranty and working with Mr. Louie from now on."

"Fast professional service!! I have a commercial grade refrigerator, and was having a difficult time finding someone to repair it.He came out first thing in the morning, diagnosed the problem, and had it up and going in no time._Very straightforward approach, he took the time to answer any questions I had, and explained the problem and repair in detail._It's nice to find an honest, reliable, repairman, who takes pride in his work."

"Mr. Louie knows AC's and equipment better than anyone. Not only will he diagnose and repair your unit, he will give you valuable tips on how to maintain it in top working condition! He is a straight-shooter who will tell you exactly what's going on with the unit and what needs to be done to get it working again. He stands behind his work, so you never have to worry once he has fixed it for you. I can't recommend him enough! Excellent job!"

"I called Mr. Louie on a Monday morning to service my AC and he was at my house a little later that morning. I wasn't at home while he was there but he called me and kept me informed and up to date on what was going on with it and thoroughly explained the necessary repairs. Exceptional, timely, courteous, and kind service. I highly recommend."
