"This was my first time calling for repair to my system and I can say that I won't ever call anyone else. Louie was very prompt coming out, took his time to make a proper diagnosis, was very thorough, and explained everything in detail. I found him to be expertly knowledgeable, honest, and very caring about the quality of work he does. I am happy to know that if I ever have any other problem in the future with my heater (or a/c, refrigerator, or water heater) I now know who to call that I can trust."

"Louis is fantastic!Our AC went out. He took his time to diagnose what was wrong and while diagnosing, he told us how to take care of the system itself. As a new homeowner, it was very much appreciated. We ended up having to replace the outside unit. Although the new unit was a pretty penny, I am extremely grateful for him doing his best to charge a fair price. He earns every dollar he makes and takes care of his customers. No BS. Just honesty and integrity."

"Mr. Louie spent 40 min on the phone with me trouble shooting my refrigerator problem. He could have done a service call and taken my money, but was very honest and said that the cost of repairs would exceed the value of the refrigerator and recommended to get a new one. I really appreciated this. Extremely nice and friendly man. I will definitely use him in the future."
