"I called Mr. Louie on a Monday morning to service my AC and he was at my house a little later that morning. I wasn't at home while he was there but he called me and kept me informed and up to date on what was going on with it and thoroughly explained the necessary repairs. Exceptional, timely, courteous, and kind service. I highly recommend."

"I have always wondered if there could actually exist a company that gave the premier customer service experience. After being ripped off and lied to by previous people I've had dealings with.... my faith just did not exist. I stumbled on Louie's website as I searched for someone to come repair my water heater. The ratings looked impressive to me and I decided to give this company a try. The owner took my call and got with me promptly. Mr. Louie diagnosed the problem as soon as he got a look at the water heater. He gave me a quote quickly and got the job done promptly. I now have warm water again and I don't feel cheated or lied to. Mr. Louie has phenomenal work ethics and he is passionate about what he does and has the highest customer service skills of any repair company I've dealt with. I respect people like him and he's the man I want for any future issues with my ac, water heater or refrigerator. He's honest, reliable and dependable. I'd say I'm a pretty good judge of character and he's impressive and I've only had one interaction with him. The only bad thing is he doesn't work weekends but I will deal with that when the time comes. For now, I'm happy I've found him and he's a keeper."
