"I am so blessed to have found Mr. Louie. I reached out to him online and he immediately sent me an email with his contact information. The next morning I called and he wanted to come out the same day because he did not want me to be without air any longer. I made an appt for the next day. He called saying he was on his way and within minutes he was at my house. Mr. Louie explained every step and his reasoning behind it. Let's just say I am very happy to have my cool again."
